LICENCE AGREEMENT

Please read this license agreement before loading the program onto your computer. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you must exit this installation.

By installing Extreme Messenger, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
This is the Evaluation version of Extreme Messenger. Register your version to remove these nag screens, countdowns, and ALL of the built in limitations you may encounter in this UNREGISTERED version.
Extreme Messenger is shareware. This concept of "try-before-you-buy" software depends on YOUR support. Please register your copy of Extreme Messenger to promote further development of this and other excellent programs.

REFUNDS:
Please be aware that once a registration number has been issued, there is no way for Ignite Software to recall or rescind a registration number. Once a registration number has been issued, there is no way for Ignite Software to be guaranteed that Extreme Messenger has been uninstalled and is no longer being used.
The whole concept of shareware is that the program may be evaluated FREE for an extended period of time. This is to ensure that the program is working to satisfaction BEFORE payment is submitted for the program.

LIMITATIONS:
You cannot use the Program with the intent to violate any licensing agreements or contracts.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code from all or any portion of the Program or anything incorporated therein or permit or encourage any third party to do so.
Violation of the above-stated rules may result in temporary or permanent revocation of this license and cancellation of the registration codes in the purchased portion of the Program.
